Drug
Reform Coordination Network - DRCNet |
The Drug Reform Coordination Network was founded in 1993, after then
Surgeon General Joycelyn Elders sparked a controversy with her
recommendation of a study of drug decriminalization. Since then, DRCNet
has grown into a large national network of activists and concerned
citizens working for drug policy reform from a variety of perspectives,
including harm reduction, reform of sentencing and forfeiture laws,
medicalization of currently schedule I drugs, and promotion of an open
debate on drug prohibition.
If you want to stay informed, sign up for their rapid-response team and
their various email-based mailing lists. An invaluable resource for activists!

Hemp Nation |
This website is devoted to
legalizing cannabis for all its
purposes, whether industrial,
medicinal, or recreational.
Although these are very
separate issues, the laws of
many countries misguidedly
ban them all together under
"narcotics" legislation. As a
result, we have done
research in all three areas.
Studies and articles about hemp's industrial, medicinal, and recreational uses, up-to-date hemp-related news reports and editorials, and extensive coverage of the challenge against the Canadian Constitution.
